A lot of people go for a camp and plan a camping trip in woodland camping grounds, lakefront sites or near a farm, those are the common location or camping site that every camper goes. Off limits to campers most developed beaches have their own camping sites and there are some unspoiled and virgin islands too. These island offer unique wilderness experience and location for those people who love nature mostly those who want to get away their daily lifestyle routine and try to be a caveman or what we called island lifestyle if only for 3-5 days. Can you imagine yourself walking in the beach in the bright light of a sleepy moon in a cold night without a road, pedestrian lane, and traffic enforcers? Or even just a road signs? And what about waking up in the morning on a expanse of white and clear sand, with nothing to see like garden, your door, your window with curtains? These will be one of your cool and adventurous experiences you will encounter on an island. One of the cool beaches we have is in Hawaii and of course The Bahamas! But I’m sure one of you thinking, will my budget fit in?
In the Philippines every month of May comes, family spend time their time in the cool breeze of beaches, wondering why? They have a feast called “PISTAY DAYAT” or “Feast of the Sea”. Once the month of April comes lots of resorts, beaches, private or even public beaches are being rented and reserve. I have friends here in New Jersey who flew every year just to spend holiday with his family in the Philippines. Last year it was 2008 I decided to come and visit the Philippines to see it’s beautiful beaches. In Manila Airport we ride a cab all the way to a place they called Alaminos City, Pangasinan it is a 5 hours drive. But all the hardships and hungriness disappeared when I saw the beautiful island, they called THE HUNDRED ISLANDS. I was so amaze and feel in love with the place. Out of the hundreds of island we came to this island called Governor’s island, that island is very relaxing we ate and grilled milk fish, pork belly and bring fruits as well. We stayed there for 2nights and that moment of my life I learned how to appreciate beauty of nature! Why don’t you try it yourself? I’m sure you and your family will have fun!
